In alignment with the Swachhata Hi Seva Activities 2024, the Wokha Town Council undertook a thorough clean-up initiative from September 20 to 23, 2024. The Cleanliness Target Unit (CTU) was conducted from the area extending from Police Point to Tsumang Lake.

The sanitation drive witnessed the active involvement of various organisations such as NEEPCO Doyang, Muslim community Establishment, Ward councillors, and staff members of the Wokha Town Council. The council underscored the significance of collective responsibility in upholding cleanliness and fostering civic pride among residents.
