The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment Department and Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India in collaboration with AASRA Dimapur, Social Welfare Department and District Administration, Tseminyu distributed free Aids Assistive Devices to the registered Divyangjan person with disabilities and senior citizen under ADIP and RVY scheme, for the following Villages at Tseminyu Town Hall on June 4.

The villages benefited under the scheme were: Tseminyu Town, Tseminyu south village, Zisunyu village, Phenda village, Terogvunyu village, Kashanyu village, Hebenji village, New Terogvunyu village, Phenwhenyu village, Phentejon Bamboo model village and Guju village.

The program was chaired by Obed Magh, CDPO Tseminyu. The manager of Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India proposed a short briefing on ADIP & RVY scheme, while the Deputy Commissioner, Tseminyu, Japheth Woch, NCS delivered a short speech and distributed the Assistive Device to the beneficiaries.
