A coordination meeting for the forthcoming 80th Independence Day celebration was held at the Dobashi’s Court, Tuli Sub-Division on August 6, under the chairmanship of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Tuli, Imsenperong Wati, NCS.

The meeting was attended by Heads of Departments, representatives of educational institutions and other stakeholders.

Chiephobozou:

In view of the forthcoming Independence Day celebration, a coordination meeting was held on August 5 at Additional Deputy Commissioner Office, Chiephobozou.

EAC Chiephobozou, Viketoulie Metha, NCS, while welcoming the members, briefed the gathering regarding the ensuing Independence Day Celebration. Various assignments for the successful celebration of Independence Day were discussed and assigned to all the departments and institutions for work distribution and other logistic arrangements were confirmed during the meeting. The Administration will be the overall in-charge of the work assignment.

The EAC has requested all department officials to coordinate and execute their respective duties effectively for the successful conduct of Independence Day. He also requested all the department officials to attend the function positively. Head of Offices, uniform personnel, educational institutions, NGOs, Gaon Buras and Councillors of Chicphobozou Town Council attended the meeting.
