With Artificial Intelligence becoming deeply integrated into daily academic and personal routines, Instudia, in collaboration with Livingstone Foundation College in Dimapur, hosted a vital seminar on “Building Responsible AI Usage Habits and Digital Discipline,” on August 20, 2026. The event brought together educators and students to explore the intersection of advanced technology and personal accountability.
The seminar focused on equipping attendees with the mindsets necessary to navigate the AI revolution responsibly. It specifically addressed the growing need for digital discipline to prevent over-reliance on technology and ensure that AI serves as a tool for empowerment rather than a crutch.

The technical and interactive sessions were led by resource person Vishal Bardewa, who shared deep insights into how AI can be utilized ethically for impactful learning.
Bardewa demonstrated practical frameworks for using AI responsibly, focusing on Using AI for brainstorming while maintaining original creativity, setting boundaries to avoid technological dependency, Fact- checking and verifying AI-generated information, leveraging AI as a tutor rather than an automated assignment generator.
He underscored that AI should never replace human intelligence, critical thinking, or creativity, but rather serve as a powerful catalyst to enhance comprehension and retention when used with intention.
The seminar concluded with an engaging Q&A session where students and faculty discussed the ethical implications of AI dependency, data privacy, and the preservation of academic integrity in a tech-driven world.
