Life is not all about being happy with simple things, one should learn how to move out of their comfort zone to achieve something even if it is the smallest because giving up on anything is the worst thing an individual can do, 20-year-old Sharon Zeliang stated.
The B.A final year student from St. Xavier College, Jalukie, Peren, who is majoring in Political Science, will be representing Nagaland in the National Youth Parliament 2023 to be held in New Delhi after topping in the state level competition.

This is the second time the 20-year-old girl from Samziuram village, Peren, will be representing the state at the NYP. Last year she was runner up in the state level.
Zeliang said that winning at the state level was not an easy task and yet she persisted until she succeeded. She added that was very excited for the opportunity and that she wanted to make her parents proud.
Speaking to Nagaland Tribune, she also expressed her gratitude to Dr Francis Cheerangal, the Principal of St. Xavier College, Jalukie, and the lecturers at the college for their constant support. Sharon also said that her achievements were the results of what they have taught her over the years.
