Under the theme ‘One Chümoukedima’, the Chümoukedima District Football Association’s invitational inter-ward and village Futsal tournament is currently underway. A special feature of the event was the Musical Night which was held on the evening of December 10 at the J. J Arena Ward-8.

With the forthcoming Nagaland Olympic Games & Dr. T.Ao inter District Tournament, the CDFA organized a buffet and Musical night as a fundraiser.

African Amakishiu hosted the musical night while Thejavizo Nakhro, RO Chümoukedima and Seyiekhrietuo Solo, EAC, Seithekema graced the event as the Special Guests.

Artists Koko Savino, Vitsono Sothu, Vilikali Swu, Depe-ü Khape, Tiaren Lusang, Mamang Kholhou, Ardo Pfükha, and Boi (Yankee Boys) took the stage enthralling the gathering with their musical prowess.

One Chümoukedima is an initiative of the CDFA, organised with the objective to scout for young and upcoming local football talents from the grassroots.

According to the CDFA, the Tournament will specifically target the wards and villages within the locality of Chümoukedima town and its periphery by providing a competitive and standardized field, which will enhance the level of performance and help in identifying local football talents from the area.
