The 3rd Thonoknyu Town Cultural Club Khaotsaosei Hok-Ah Cum Foundation Day was celebrated at Thonoknyu public ground, Noklak on January 20, informed the DIPR.

SDO (C)Thonoknyu, Tsatsusei in his address expressed enthusiasm to be part of the celebration, adding that the festival is about merry-making, forgiveness and rest after a bountiful harvest. The Significance of the festival was delivered by Cheye GB. An exhortation was delivered by Putsou HD/GB. Vote of thanks was delivered by President TTCC.
