Watching beauty pageants on the television, Lizila Jingrü promised herself that one day she will earn a crown, not just for the title but to serve.

The pageant is organised by Meraki Entertainment Nagaland, in collaboration with United Sangtam Students Conference under the theme “Educate a Girl Child, Empower the Society”, which was powered by GONARI.

Coming from a family of six siblings, Lizila’s main focus is to do all she can to help any child get education. She also wishes to see government health institutions in the villages cater to the basic medical needs of the people.

“There can be miracles only when someone work on them, so do not give up on yourself and your dreams,” she encourages the youth.
