The Deputy Commissioner Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji has informed in a notification that JKM Infra Works Guwahati Assam has been permitted to carry out blasting of stone at the constitution site of the two-lane between DEF Police Church to Yisemyong at NH -61 (New NH 02) Angetyongpang Tzu River area. According to DIPR, the blasting will be carried out on January 31 between 3:00PM to 8:00PM with the following terms and conditions:

The Conductor shall ensure safety and security of the life and property of public using the road. The Company should follow all the relevant rules of the explosives Act/Rule, 2008 and JKM Infra Works could be responsible for any damages of life and property.

It also informed that the permit shall remain valid for the above mentioned day of January 31.
