Lions & Leo Club of Dimapur celebrated their annual programme of Janmashtami Mahotsav in their Club premises at Nepali Gaon, Dimapur under the chairmanship of Lion Sarthak Kala, Leo Ayush Jain and Leo Akash Minda on August 16.

President Lion Sanjay Jaiswal said that the celebration began with the lighting of the lamp, followed by a fancy dress competition divided into two categories of (0–6 years) & (7–12 years) with a total participation of 117 children

Programme’s judges, Rosy Malik and Rishav Poddar, announced three winners from each category along with a special Judges’ Choice award.

Leo President Vishal Pareek informed that for the Matki Phod competition, there were 6 teams with 30 members each, where Team Bihari Yuva Manch emerged as the winner which was witnessed by a huge gathering.
