Resource book on skill enhancement by Chozüle Kikhi released

A seminal publication, “A Resource Book on Skill Enhancement,” written by Chozüle Kikhi was released on November 22 at Kisama Heritage Village, Angami Public Organization Morung.

The publication was released by Er. Tepul Hopovi, President of the Southern Angami Public Organization (SAPO), amidst a gathering of dignitaries including the SAPO Executive, members of the Southern Angami Women Organization (SAWO), and members of the APO Attires Committee.

Chozüle Kikhi, a retired officer who served at the Horticulture Department of the Government of Nagaland. The book is a carefully crafted guide designed to empower individuals with an array of skills, enabling them to generate sustainable income streams within the sanctum of their families.

Delivering his keynote address, Er. Tepul Hopovi underscored the paramount importance of self-employment as a panacea for the prevailing unemployment conundrum in Nagaland, while accentuating the state’s cornucopia of natural resources. In her remarks, Kikhi  passionately exhorted the citizenry to harness these resources and explore the plethora of opportunities for self-employment, thereby charting a course for sustainable development.

The release of “A Resource Book on Skill Enhancement” is expected to foster the culture of skill development and entrepreneurial zeal. Acknowledging Kikhi’s efforts in producing the seminal work, Er. Tepul Hopovi lauded her dedication and expressed optimism that her future endeavors would  continue to illuminate the path of progress for the people of Nagaland.
