A gesture of gratitude and compassion: KTCCI’s Independence day visit to District Hospital Kiphire

As India celebrated its 78th Independence Day, the Kiphire Town Chamber of Commerce & Industries (KTCCI) chose to mark the occasion in a unique and meaningful way. The office bearers of KTCCI embarked on a visit to the District Hospital Kiphire (DHK), to express their gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of the hospital’s staff.

The KTCCI team Interacted with the doctors and nurses, acknowledging their selfless dedication to healthcare. They listened intently to the challenges faced by the medical staff, offering words of encouragement and support.

The KTCCI team then visited the patients and donated them cash gifts as well as prayed for their speedy recovery. Having visited and observed the Hospital, the KTCCI team  recognized that the hospital’s infrastructure needed support, and therefore assured the hospital authorities that they would install a 40-liter capacity water cooler purifier at DHK, ensuring safe drinking water for the staff, patients, and visitors. The gesture of the KTCCI team was appreciated by the hospital staff.

As the KTCCI team concluded their visit, they acknowledged the doctors and staff of DHK for their tireless efforts, saying, “Your dedication to serving humanity is the true spirit of independence. You are the unsung heroes of our society, and we salute your commitment to healthcare.”
