The Chang Wedoshi Setshang (Chang Students’ Conference) has notified that all educational institutions in CWS jurisdiction will remain closed on July 31 and August 1 in account of the Naknyulüm Festival.

In a notification issued on July 25, the CWS stated that all the Educational Institution within Chang Jurisdiction that, as per the Directive of Chang Khulei Setshang (Chang Tribal Council) ref no. CKS/SC/2024-01 dated 23rd July 2024, the Naknyulüm Festival is scheduled to be celebrated from July 30 till August 1, 2024.

“Therefore all the Educational institutions within CWS jurisdiction will remain closed on the said date (31 July and 1 August) on account of Naknyulüm Festival,” stated the notification issued b Langasomba Chang, Vice-President and Chongshen Chang, Asst. Education Secretary.
