Leaders have shared their condolences over the demise of 95 years old Alienba Jamir, father of A. Pangjung Jamir, MLA 21 Tuli Assembly Constituency on July 28, 2024.

In a condolence message, Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio stated that Alienba was a God-fearing man, known for his generosity and strong work ethics, who led an exemplary life.

“He served the State Government during which he executed his duties sin- cerely and diligently. He was also known for selflessly helping all those in need without any reservations. In this time of grief, may you find comfort in the cherished memories and the legacy he leaves behind. My family joins me in conveying our deepest condolences to the bereaved family members. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, and may Almighty God give you solace and strength to bear the irreparable loss,” stated Rio.

Dy. CM. Y Patton and his family has condoled the demise of late Alienba Jamir, age 95, father of Pangjung Jamir, MLA & Advisor, who passed away at Asangma Village on July 28.

Sharing heartfelt condolences during this difficult time, Patton said, “The loss of a parent is one of life’s most challenging experiences. I understand that he must have been a remarkable man and his legacy lives on through you and the values he instilled. During this time of mourning, I hope you can find comfort in the memories you shared with your father. The love between a parent and child is eternal, transcending even death.”

Extending sympathy and respect, Patton wished for strength to the family in their time of grief and prayed that the soul of the departed find eternal rest in peace.

Advisor, IPR and Soil & Water Conservation, Imkong Imchen also condoled the demise of Alienba Jamir, the father of Advisor, Fisheries & Aquatic Resources, Pangjung Jamir.

In a condolence message to Pangjung Jamir, Imchen stated that he was saddened to learn of the demise of his father. He said that Pangjung’s father had made everyone of them proud through his love and wisdom. Imkong added that Alienba had lived a contented life with good health.

The Advisor hoped that the Almighty God would grant solace to the bereaved family and that the departed soul rest in peace.
