Mon district administration is preparing to launch ‘Dharti Aaba Abhiyan’ awareness and benefit saturation camps’ from June 15 to 30.

According to an official update, a meeting to this effect was held on June 5 at the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Conference Hall Mon which was convened by additional deputy commissioner (ADC) Pakon Phom.

Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA) is a nationwide initiative focused on the holistic development of tribal communities. The meeting deliberated on launching of the campaign aimed at saturating individual entitlement and to create awareness about DAJGUA.

ADC Mon informed that block level benefit saturation camps will be organized with active participation of CSCs, district administration and departmental convergence to ensure benefits to eligible individuals and families.
