Nagaland Me, a Nagaland-based digital media and technology company, has introduced a new school management platform designed to simplify how schools and parents stay connected.
The platform, called Nagaland AI Schools, is available at nagalandai.com and brings together attendance, homework updates, exam results, timetables, and live bus tracking into one system that works directly from a mobile browser no app download required.
According to founder Aloto Naga, the idea came from observing how schools across Nagaland still rely on manual processes and scattered communication.
“Many schools were managing attendance in registers, sending homework through WhatsApp, and printing results manually. Parents had no simple way to check updates, and there was no visibility on school transport. We wanted to change that in a way that fits how Nagaland actually works,” he said.
Simple attendance with AI support
Teachers can mark attendance from their phones, and updates are instantly visible to parents. The system also includes AI-based interaction, allowing parents to simply ask questions like “Did my child attend school today?” and receive direct answers.
Real-time school bus tracking
Parents can view their child’s school bus location in real time through a map interface. The system uses a simple mobile-based setup for drivers, while privacy controls ensure tracking is limited to school trips only.
Homework, results, and schedules in one place
Teachers update homework status daily, which parents can check without needing to submit anything online. Exam results are uploaded securely and visible only to individual parents.
Timetables and exam schedules are also accessible in a clear format, making it easier for families to stay organized.
Built for Nagaland schools
Unlike generic systems, the platform includes subject options tailored for the region, including multiple Naga tribal languages alongside standard academic subjects.
Affordable for all types of schools
The system is priced to suit both urban and rural schools, starting from ₹2,999 per year. Flexible payment options are available, including UPI, bank transfer, and offline methods.
Ready for future expansion
Schools can be linked with UDISE codes and district data, making the platform suitable for larger-scale adoption, including government-level monitoring through a dedicated dashboard.
Privacy-focused design
The platform follows India’s data protection standards, with secure access controls ensuring parents can only view their own child’s information. Registration is simple and does not require email, making it accessible for all users.
Part of a growing ecosystem
Nagaland AI Schools is part of the broader Nagaland Me ecosystem, which includes multiple platforms focused on technology, media, and community services.

What’s next
The platform is currently onboarding schools, starting with Dimapur and Kohima, with plans to expand across all districts.
“If more schools adopt this, thousands of parents will be able to stay connected to their child’s education in real time. That’s where the real impact is,” Naga added.
