The NNC/FGN led Brig. (Retd) S. Singnya (Kedahge/President), in a press release, welcomed Bendang Sangtam, Vice President NNC, Atingba Sangtam, Joint Secretary, Tsapichum, Albert and Tsasepa for rejoining the government of NNC/FGN who recently defected to Zhopra Vero group.
It acknowledged the decision taken by the new members who joined on their own volition citing “Zhopra Vero led group has no political visions for the Nagas and hence took an allegiance to support Brig. (Retd) S. Singnya as before with full conviction”.

“Henceforth, I Bendang Sangtam, Vice President, that the press statement issued on 29th October, 2024 by Zhopra Vero group” NNC endorses impeachment of Brig. (Retd) S. Singnya, Kedahge is hereby withdrawn and declared as Null and void and appended my signature in line with the press statement issued by Brig. (Retd) S. Singnya on 31st October, 2024 refuting NNC endorsement of impeaching Kedahge,” added the press release issued by the Ministry of Rali Wali Affairs on November 20.
