Urban Company, YouthNet launch recruitment drive for women in Beauty & Wellness sector

Urban Company, in partnership with YouthNet Nagaland, has launched a recruitment drive aimed at creating career opportunities for women from Nagaland in the Beauty & Wellness and Spa sector.

The initiative was announced at the YouthNet Nagaland office in Chümoukedima.

As part of the programme, district-level awareness and recruitment workshops will be conducted across the State to enable interested women to learn about the opportunities and participate in the selection process.

The recruitment drive is open to women aged 18 to 40 years and offers free two-month professional training, transportation support, potential earnings of ₹40,000 to ₹50,000, and 100 per cent job placement for selected candidates.

Successful candidates will have opportunities to build careers in Beauty & Wellness and Spa services, including the possibility of working in Tier-1 cities.

Candidates can undergo either online or offline screening, enabling women from different parts of Nagaland to participate in the recruitment process.

Under the partnership, Urban Company has also established a dedicated office at the YouthNet premises to assist candidates with registration, enquiries and the recruitment process. The office will remain open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

District-level outreach programmes have been scheduled for Tuensang and Longleng on August 20 and 21, followed by Zunheboto and Wokha on August 24 and 26.

YouthNet and Urban Company said the initiative is intended to bring professional training and employment opportunities closer to women in Nagaland and provide them with a structured pathway to careers in the growing Beauty & Wellness industry.
