The Angetyongpang Development Board (ADB), in collaboration with the Chief Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Office, Mokokchung, organized a comprehensive three-day training for Animal Health Service Providers. The training took place from 23rd to 25th November 2023, at the State Poultry Farm, Mokokchung.

The Chief AH & Vety Office, Mokokchung, conducted the training, with resource persons Dr Nemjemyanger and Dr Watitoshi leading the sessions. A total of 42 participants successfully completed the program.

The ADB, conceptualized by Tongpang Ozukum, Advisor of Water Resources, Government of Nagaland, serves as an advisory body to elected representatives, focusing on enhancing the socio-economic conditions of the Angetyongpang area.

In the valedictory program, Dr B M Sunep, CVO Mokokchung, congratulated the participants, urging them to recognize their fortune in being represented by a highly visionary leader. He emphasized the importance of putting in all efforts to maximize the opportunities provided.

The program also saw the presence of Tialemba, DPRO Mokokchung as the Special Guest, who highlighted the uniqueness of the event. He expressed that it was the first of its kind, where an elected representative, through the establishment of the Angetyongpang Development Board, is creating opportunities for the welfare of the people. Furthermore, he conveyed that such innovative activities position the Angetyongpang area as trendsetters.

The program concluded with T Imlitoshi Walling, Member ADB, expressing gratitude and appreciation to all those who contributed to the success of the program.
