Tuensang town receive its second petrol pump with inaugural of AY Fuel Center agent

AY Fuel Center agent, an Indian Oil Corporation Limited was inaugurated at High School ‘B’ Tuensang on February 10, marking the second petrol station for Tuensang town.

Special Guest, Longpoksang Lemtur, NPS, SP Tuensang in his address expressed immense pleasure and added that the inauguration of AY fuel centre is a landmark occasion for Tuensang Town . Taking the opportunity, SP Tuensang congratulated the team behind its success and highlighted that it is not only a business that has started but it also marks the beginning of a commitment: a commitment to provide quality service, community support, sustainable progress for the District. SP Tuensang also underscored the importance of fuel not just as a commodity but a lifeline for daily activities.

“Today marks an important day and the goal of AY fuel center should be to provide reliable and quality service so as to meet the needs of our community and also focus on the safety of environmental care, SP added.

Speaking on behalf of the family at the inaugural function, Chingmak Chang, President ENPO expressed that the vision of AY Fuel center came about in remembrance of their Late Father Aoyongdang. Tuensang District having only one Petrol Pump and acknowledging the inconveniences, AK fuel center was thus brought to live with the joint commitment of the family together. The concept for AK fuel center was conceptualized in the year 2012 and completed by 2024.

Urging the citizens of Tuensang, Chingmak Chang emphasized that the business center acts as a service provider to public. While there will be many adverse demands of public utilizing the service and naming a few drawbacks as adulteration problems , the public should be very well aware of all these, he added. Chang urged concerned citizens that if they find any illegal activities or customer dissatisfaction, the same should be reported to concern authorities.

Chingmak Chang also thanked Tuensang Village , CKS, APEX bodies and many others for their constant support.

The inaugural function presided with a ribbon cutting ceremony while Rev. Achu Chang, Executive Secretary, CBLT blessed function.
