The event also aimed to reassure villagers of Eco-warriors’ continued support in conservation efforts. Village councils, including the Village Head Council of Bhandari and the Liphi Council Chairman, both underscored the urgent need for intervention by the Wokha Forest Division to address the growing issue of elephant-human conflict. The councils expressed optimism that organisations like Eco-warriors Nagaland would play a crucial role in tackling human-wildlife conflict and promoting overall conservation.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Leyamong Yimkhiung, a member of Eco-warriors.

The event was chaired by Widunbiliu, Team Leader and Managing Director of Eco-warriors Nagaland, with an opening prayer by Chemsela Sangtam, a member of the organisation.
