The Konyak Union has expressed deep shock and sorrow at the sudden demise of Methna Konyak, Former President of the Konyak Students’ Union, who passed away at Naga Hospital, Kohima, on 20 September 20.

“Methna Konyak was known to us as a bold and straightforward leader. His sacrifices and invaluable contributions towards the Konyak community, particularly the student community, will be remembered with deep gratitude,” said the Union in a condolence message.

The Union extended its heartfelt condolences to the family and prayed that God grant them solace during this difficult time. “May the departed soul rest in eternal peace in his heavenly abode,” mentioned the message.
