The Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC) of the National Cadet Corps (NCC)-a major annual training activity- culminated in Wokha, Nagaland on August 10.
The camp has been in progress since August 1 for 10 days. 400 NCC cadets along with Associated NCC Officers (ANOs), from various colleges & schools of Southern districts of Nagaland, attended the camp.

The cadets put up a colourful cultural program on the penultimate evening of the Camp, during which the Camp Commandant appreciated their enthusiastic participation in camp training activities.
For most students of schools, these NCC Camps are their first exposure to communal living and training in a quasi-military setting. It is a good opportunity for these cadets to grasp the essentials of NCC, i.e., Unity & Discipline, informed a press release by PRO & Spokesperson, Ministry of Defence, Manipur, Nagaland and Southern Arunachal Pradesh.
