The Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) has on Saturday expressed its objection of the BJP government for “suppressing the rights of citizens and trying to change the Preamble of the grand Constitution.”
In a video message, NPCC President and candidate for 18th Lok Sabha, S Supongmeren Jamir said that Nagaland Congress is against the “hidden agendas” behind the policies of the BJP-RSS-Modi government.
Meanwhile, the Indian National Congress has announced the names of 40 leaders who would be campaigning in Nagaland for the Lok Sabha election to be held on 19th April 2024. Names on the list of star campaigners includes Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
