Prime Mininister Narendra Modi today congratulated Vladimir Putin on winning the Russia Presidential election for the fifth time.

“Look forward to working together to further strengthen the time-tested Special & Privileged Strategic Partnership between India and Russia in the years to come,” Modi message on X said.

Putin won the three-day Presidential election by a landslide after securing 87% of the votes.
