With the nationwide launching of the Joint Squad for Health (JOSH) Team, initiated by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare in collaboration with Ministry of Defence, and Ministry of Youth affairs and Sports, on October 8, the Medical Department of Mon District facilitated Six Mitras and Six TB-Free villages with Certificate of Appreciation at the DC Conference Hall, Mon.

The Six Nikshay Mitras were: Ali from District Civil Supply Office, Tonwang from District Welfare Office, Integrated Child Protection Scheme, Thepfuradi Zumu from District Youth Resource & Sports Office, Dr. Gloria Ngullie and Wati Longkumer from FCI Manager, and Function from LDA, DC Office.

The six TB Mukt Panchayats (TB Free Villages) 2025 were: Changlo Village under Tobu Block, Silver (2024, 2025), Aopao Village under Aboi Block, Silver (2024, 2025), Loakkun Village under Tizit Block, Bronze (2025), Sangsa Village under Tizit Block, Bronze (2025), Lampong Wakching under Wakching Block, Bronze (2025) and Guhching Village under Mon Block, Bronze (2025)
