State NPP President also congratulated Chief Minister of Nagaland, Dr Neiphiu Rio on being elected unopposed as the leader of the NPF Legislature Party, expressing hope that his continued leadership will guide the merged entity toward stability and cohesive governance.
The party observed that the merger marks a new phase in Nagaland’s political landscape — one that reflects a consolidated, opposition-less government. Such a situation, it noted, carries both great opportunity and immense responsibility. The NPP Nagaland hopes that this unity in governance will translate into political stability, purposeful administration, and the fulfillment of promises made to the people.
While alliances and mergers remain a natural part of democratic evolution, the NPP reaffirmed its belief that true political strength stems not merely from numbers, but from integrity, vision, and the enduring trust of the people.
