A Non-communicable diseases (NCD) Health Camp was held at Tuensang village C Khel, on 2 July 2023. The camp was organized by District Hospital Tuensang as a part of its outreach program.

A team of six comprising of two doctors, two nurses, a physiotherapist and a counselor were able to cater to around 85 patients at C Khel. The medical camp was meant for adults aged 30 and over.

Similar programs are scheduled on subsequent Sundays for the other three Khels where such NCD camps are yet to be conducted.

Tuensang Village has been adopted by the District Hospital Tuensang which makes the village come under direct welfare of the hospital.
