The Annual Sports Week of Straightway Higher Secondary School, Mokokchung, was inaugurated on 27th March 2025 at the 12 Assam Rifles Ground.

The opening ceremony was graced by Major Heemant Singh, Adjutant, 12 Assam Rifles as the Chief Guest. In his speech, he encouraged the students to take sportsmanship seriously as it imbibes  responsibility and gives a sense of achievement.

Vice Principal, Tianaro chaired the program while Sentiyangla, Principal, delivered the welcome address. Rongsen, the School Chaplain, said the invocation and Kahoi and friends, Class X, enthralled with a special song.

The sports event will conclude on 29th March, 2025.
