Directorate of Employment, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Nagaland, Kohima has informed  Trainees who have undergone training at various Govt. Industrial Training Institutes, in Nagaland, for the period 2024-25 (i.e 1 year course 2024-2025 and 1st year of 2 year course 2024-2026) to apply in the CTSS portal (https://serviceonline.gov.in/directApply.do?serviceId=2600)  for availing stipend, starting from April 21 to May 20, 2026.

Further, trainees who are unable to apply in the above portal may contact / visit their respective Institute for registering in the portal. Failure to apply in the portal at the stipulated time, the concerned authority would not be held responsible.

Trainees of 2nd year of 2-year course (2023-2025 sessions) need not apply in the portal as they are already registered.

Required Documents for registering in the portal: Passport size photo; Front page of Bank Pass Book; and Govt. ITI Identification Card.
