The monthly DPDB meeting of Tseminyu was held on 18th November 2024 at DC’s conference hall, Tseminyu with DC & Vice-chairman DPDB Tseminyu, Rohit Singh (IAS) as the chairman of the meeting.

The chairman welcomed all the board members and special invitees present in the meeting, and requested the newly posted DPDB members for self-introduction to the house. DSO (sports), Dziesebeinuo Vizo; ALC (Labour), Neimenuo; DCPO (Social welfare), Janet P. Swu and SDEO (Education), Asao Seb were introduced to the board members. The house extended a warm welcome to all the newly joined officers.

While reviewing the last meeting minutes, the DC informed the house that all follow- up actions related to the agendas has been completed.

Later during the agenda discussion, the board recommended society registration of “City Refuge Children Home” and recognition of Tsongin village were forwarded to the concerned department for approval after a brief deliberation and based on the verification reports issued by the authority.

The fishery department gave a detailed power point presentation on the implementation of various activities and achievements of the department under Tseminyu district. KVK and Social Welfare Department was assigned to present their activities through PPT in the next DPDB meeting.
